Improving health, well-being and awareness
Steaphen is the author of a range of books that reveal how underlying quantum physics principles operate in everyday life, and how those principles can be engaged and beneficially applied.
His acclaimed Table of One and All™ (TOA), a template that consolidates and expands understanding of life. Steaphen is also The Belief Doctor® who specializes in analyzing, healing and improving ‘bodies of belief' in areas including business management and development, innovation, science, religion, politics, psychology, relationships, philosophy, health, spirituality and creativity. His Table of One and All, or the Truth of One and All, engenders and enables a deep understanding and appreciation of the seemingly contrary nature of life. The TOA embraces the apparent paradoxes of chaos and order, surprise and predictability, past and future, certainty and uncertainty, individuality and oneness to reveal timeless principles that underpin and are imbued in all aspects and dimensions of life. He has applied his understanding for own benefit in many areas of his life, including business, creativity and writing, but none more so than towards his own health. Having experienced some serious health issues, including one illness that left him bedridden for months, he recognizes and deeply appreciates the power and necessity of belief in determining health and wellbeing. His work, time and energy is now focused on sharing his experiences, beliefs and the processes by which he regained good health in the face of severe illness.
His Begin with the End in Play® workshops engage the fuller at-once nature of time to reveal how we can be far more creative, wise and capable than is commonly understood or expected.
Steaphen is also the founder and director of the Belief Institute, a world-leading centre for high-quality content that consolidates and expands understanding of timeless, Key Principles of Life, for Life.

Come to the edge, he said
In my previous article, “Calling Gurus to Account” I mentioned a blind-spot that affects all of us. I inferred that sometimes we get carried away with the idea of possibility and endless happiness, forgetting about those we may leave behind.
That blind-spot sees us ignoring the systems and communities that support us. It’s the community and [...]
Calling gurus to account
There appears to be a large and significant blind-spot in the awareness of many people.
This blind-spot can’t usually be seen or recognised directly. Like a galactic black-hole, we usually only learn of its presence by how it sucks the life and light out of surrounding bodies – in this case, ourselves and others in our [...]
in the eye of pressure

From illness and anxiety to purpose and wellbeing
Recently I allowed myself to become side-tracked from what I sense to be my deep purpose in life.
Over the last few weeks I’ve worked on a range of business-related assignments for friends and colleagues that while being productive and provided me some financial rewards, left me feeling anxious, vague and weak (despite the positive, productive [...]
Following the feelings
While enjoying lunch with a good friend on the edge of beautiful Sydney Harbour recently, I idly suggested that if we were to get up and start walking across the water, others would say “oh, why didn’t you say so …” and begin doing so themselves.
“People just want permission”, I offered. An interesting and lively discussion followed (gems for a new book perhaps, more details soon. But I digress).
We’ve been told a gazillion times by countless self-development gurus that we have unlimited potential. Well okay, so what stops us from actually enjoying some of that amazing and limitless potential? What stops us from turning on the tap to be insanely creative and outrageously successful?
